It’s estimated that around 230,000 women are sexually assaulted each year in the US. That’s more than 600 women being sexually assaulted each day. And, that’s just sexual assault. If you add in murder, domestic violence, and physical assault, those numbers would skyrocket. The fact that women have to worry about being assaulted on a daily basis is a huge problem in and of itself.
