We have all been there, staring out into space and hoping that the clock starts to tick faster. Unfortunate as it may be, we all have to sit in these meetings. Communication is key in building a successful team. However tedious it may be, meetings are useful and necessary to every work environment.

According to the research below, 1/3 or 36% of meetings are considered unproductive. Meetings can also be quite expensive! Conducting meetings doesn't always have to be done in a roundtable with overhead projectors, with costs of transporting people from one place to another. With today's technology, we can now make better use of our time and encourage maximum productivity in the office.
